• Butonismpore specializes in designing and selling custom Nike footwear, offering unique and personalized styles tailored to customer preferences.
• All products showcased on our website are examples of previous work and may vary slightly depending on customization choices.
• By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.

2. Orders and Customization

• Order Process: All orders must be placed directly through our website. When placing an order, ensure that all customization details, such as size, color, and design preferences, are accurate.
• Custom Design Disclaimer: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur. This adds to the uniqueness of each item.
• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
• Order Changes: Modifications to your order may only be requested within 24 hours of submission. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed as the production process begins.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways as outlined at checkout. Full payment is required to initiate production.
• Taxes and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional charges for international shipping.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Locations: We ship globally, with special emphasis on efficient and reliable delivery within Turkey.
• Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Confirmation: A tracking number will be shared once your order is shipped.
• Lost or Damaged Goods: Butonismpore is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. However, we will assist in resolving any issues with the courier service.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Repairs

• Custom Orders Policy: As all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed design specifications.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the issue, and we will work to resolve the matter by offering a repair, replacement, or refund.
• Repairs: We offer repair services for wear and tear caused by normal use, subject to additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on Butonismpore's website are the exclusive property of Butonismpore and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content, including custom designs, is strictly prohibited.
